What data we process and why
- Booking requests (name, email, phone, where you are travelling from, dates, number of guests, notes, and family village or surname if given): to reply, prepare the quote and manage the booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Guests' data on arrival (identity document): for the compulsory report to the police through Alloggiati Web (Art. 109 TULPS) and for the tourist tax. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Payment data: payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer; we do not store card details.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking data are kept for the period required by tax and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
With the police (Alloggiati Web) and the Municipality of Posta Fibreno to meet legal obligations; with the technical providers who help us run the website, email and calendar (hosting, Google), appointed as data processors. We do not sell data to anyone.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@alla-posta.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
The website uses only technical tools needed for it to work. If statistics tools, maps, review widgets or social buttons are activated in the future, they will be loaded only after you give your consent through the banner.
